Barry is the founder of Vision Engagement and Life Vision Academy. For more than 30 years, he has explored the relationship between eyesight, behaviour, perception and education, combining professional study with his own remarkable personal journey with vision.

Barry is the author of multiple books, including One Vision, and producer and featured expert in the documentary Vision 2020: From Eyesight to Insight. His work has reached thousands of people through online programs, live events, professional training, and educational resources across the world.
